• We do not charge a call-out fee for works

• Fixed price estimates can be provided verbally or written by the engineers or an estimator before work commences.

• Charges are per hour with a one-hour minimum charge and thereafter in 15-minute units. Some work can be carried out on Estimate.

• Rates exclude the cost of materials.

​

• Any parking cost will be charged unless you kindly arrange visitors parking permits for the duration of works or have a parking spot available.

• Prices shown are for one Tradesman. Each additional tradesman will be charged extra at the same rate.
